The aim of the project is to make local cuisine popular and make the region more attractive for tourism.

The region of the Ural has a very rich history, but there are still no well-defined borders, that could define local cuisine.

Ten talented chefs from four cities (Yekaterinburg, Perm, Ufa and Chelyabinsk) decided to unite their knowledge and experience in an attempt to re-create and increase what Ural Cuisine is.
